How do the sizes fit and what are the font options?

You can find all size charts and the font options in the footer of the website!

How long will it take to get my order?

Processing time is three weeks - this does not include the shipping time; which is on average 1.5 weeks in transit.

Do you send proofs?

Yes! I send proofs for all order so ensure your pet is perfect before I press anything!

If you have a previous order with ZZY please let me know in the order notes that you are good with your previous proof!

Where do you ship to?

Worldwide!

What type of animals do you draw and how many can I add?

I draw ALL animals! Each product differs as to how many you can add and the dropdown menu indicates how many can be added to each product!

What type of photo do I upload?

Photos of high quality are the best for uploading. I do hang draw each of the pets so it is harder for me to see what your pet really looks like without a high-quality picture. The better the picture, the better the drawing and the better your end result turns out!

The footer of the webpage will show you examples of types of photos I will accept.

Can I return or cancel my order?

Unfortunately due to the custom nature of each product I am unable to accept returns. But in the event something is wrong or has happened to your product - please dont hesitate to reach out!

If a proof has been sent out already because all orders are hand drawn a 25% cancellation fee will be charged off the refund.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes I do! You can find them under the "others" section.
